Semiconductor single crystal optoelectronics

Crystal growth: large-size organic semiconductors, organic eutectic, polymer crystallization, ultra-thin crystals, two-dimensional crystals, diamond, etc;

Device physics: structure-property relationships, non-covalent bonding interactions, etc;

Potential application areas I (small-size crystals): field effect transistors, memories, sensors, photothermal devices, batteries, capacitors, ferromagnets, catalysts, etc;

Potential application areas II (large size crystals): X-ray imaging, microwave exciters, neutron detectors, terahertz, nonlinear optics, etc.
